Coyotes to webcast rookie game



GLENDALE, ARIZONA - Phoenix Coyotes Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer Michael Bucek announced today that the Coyotes will webcast the first of their two rookie games versus the Los Angeles Kings on phoenixcoyotes.com. The game, which is free and open to the public, will take place at Jobing.com Arena on Tuesday, Sept. 16 at 6:00 p.m.



Among the Coyotes rookies scheduled to participate in the game will be first round draft picks Kyle Turris (3rd overall, 2007), Mikkel Boedker (8th overall, 2008) and Viktor Tikhonov (28th overall, 2008), along with 2008 Hobey Baker Award winner Kevin Porter (4th round, 2004).

The second of the two rookie games against the Kings will take place at Jobing.com Arena on Wednesday, Sept. 17 at 2:00 p.m. and is also free and open to the public.
